Creating unique quilty masterpieces for our clients is our very favorite part of our quilting business! Please read through this document so we can have the most successful experience.

Your initial down payment (determined per project) is non-refundable no matter the project outcome. The quote we provide you via invoice detail has a 30-day term. If the 30 days lapse and you decide at a later date you’d like to proceed, we will make every attempt to meet those terms, but this cannot be guaranteed.

When you make your down payment you can expect us to put you on our schedule, and we will communicate, per your preferred method, the project’s progress. As our work is all custom and unique, the project is subject to any post delays, supplier discrepancies, and supply chain interruptions. If you have a hard deadline, please be sure to let us know before the down payment is made.

Your responsibilities are to provide us with all the relevant information as detailed in the invoice (such as dimensions, fabric, design and color specifications) within one week of the invoice date. You are also responsible to adhere to our payment agreement and terms.

All of our work may be photographed and shared via social media online at our discretion. If you have any need for us to wait to share photographs, please let us know upon your first payment so we can come to an arrangement. Feel free to email or text any time to talk about your project.
